There are many different devices, applications, products, and systems utilized by KPA and our Clients. Finding the right resource to help resolve issues and answer questions can reduce resolution times and increase customer satisfaction. This email includes a basic flow diagram and team descriptions with guidelines for which team to contact when issues arise. Support Flow Diagram Most technical issues will be handled by the Help Desk team. However, there are three other teams available who support the KPA Product line depending on who needs help, which system is involved and the type of issue. The attached flow diagram gives you a basic outline for which team to contact when you have a KPA Product issue. Support Teams 1.Help Desk The Help Desk Team is responsible for supporting KPA employees and all company issued hardware, commercial applications (e.g. Excel, GoToMeeting, Outlook, Salesforce, etc…), and their ability to login to the systems needed to complete work.
