Where to get help?!
There are many different devices, applications, products, and systems utilized by KPA and our Clients. Finding the right resource to help resolve issues and answer questions can reduce resolution times and increase customer satisfaction. This email includes a basic flow diagram and team descriptions with guidelines for which team to contact when issues arise.
Support Flow Diagram
Most technical issues will be handled by the Help Desk team. However, there are three other teams available who support the KPA Product line depending on who needs help, which system is involved and the type of issue. The attached flow diagram gives you a basic outline for which team to contact when you have a KPA Product issue.

1.Help Desk
The Help Desk Team is responsible for supporting KPA employees and all company issued hardware, commercial applications (e.g. Excel, GoToMeeting, Outlook, Salesforce, etc…), and their ability to login to the systems needed to complete work. 2.Client Support Center
The CSC Team is responsible for supporting Clients with their KPA Products (Vera EHS, Vera HR, F&I, RMC, etc…) and resolving any Client issues related to those products and the included training content. Please contact the Client Support Center using the following methods if clients are experiencing issues with any of the described responsibilities:

3. Field Office Manager Team
The FOM Team is responsible for supporting KPA Consultants with any Vera Suite and F&I related issues. Consultants should contact their district FOM directly by phone or email for assistance with any Vera Suite and F&I related issues. If the district FOM is out of the office, please email Staff_FOM@kpaonline.com for urgent matters.

4.Products Team
The Products Team is responsible for supporting KPA Products (Vera Suite, Vera EHS, Vera HR, F&I, RMC, etc…) and evaluating and resolving bugs any functionality issues for KPA clients and employees. The CSC and FOM team should escalate issues to the Products Team when they are unable to resolve an issue with a KPA product for clients and employees respectively.
