Reset Handheld to Factory

Resetting your Handheld to Factory setup will delete everything from your device. This will allow you to set up the device again for first-time use. Please follow all backup instructions before completing a device factory reset.

Pull down from the top of the screen and tap Settings.

Scroll down the list and select General Management. Scroll down to the bottom and select Reset. Select Factory Reset Data. Select Reset. Select Delete All.
